STRAPPING TAPE FIXATION

Methods of strapping tape fixation:
✔ By means of metal staples and their clenching with the help of a special tool (pincers, combination units). This method is the most cost efficient.
✔ By means of try squares (wiry buckles). The ends of strapping tape are flown through buckle by means of a special tool – tensioner. In such a way the tape fits close to the buckle. This method allows pulling the tape ends in case of cargo settling.
✔ By means of thermal welding. This is the most progressive fastening type by means of automatic and semi-automatic equipment. The nonrecurring expenses on equipment are quickly compensated due to cost reduction on staples and buckles.
